About ME

Hi there! ✨ I’m so excited to give you a glimpse into my daily routines. But before we dive in, let me share a little bit about my journey.

I was born in Bangladesh and raised in Dubai. As a teenager, I struggled with severe acne. At first, everyone brushed it off as just hormones that would eventually go away. But ten years later, my skin still hadn’t cleared. My parents grew concerned, while family friends and relatives began body shaming me. Even my father made snide remarks at public events.

By then, I had tried everything—DIY masks my mom concocted, new skincare routines, different cleansers, shampoos—anything I read or watched online, I tried. But nothing worked.

As the stress from all of this continued to build, my hair started thinning, and I began losing more hair than usual. The physical and emotional toll it was taking on me became overwhelming.

Then came COVID-19, and things got even worse. Not only was I still battling acne, but I also became severely overweight. I felt so disgusted with myself that I stopped looking in mirrors, taking pictures, or even socializing. I withdrew from the world completely.

That was my breaking point. I realized that I needed to make a change—not just for my body but for my emotional well-being. So, I committed to small, sustainable lifestyle changes that completely transformed my skin and body.
